By accessing the website and/ or using our Services, the User unconditionally agrees to the terms and conditions that have provided herein for the use of the website. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.

We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. 16. Description of Neev95 Trust services:
1. Payment Gateway: If you are making donations through the payment gateway, you understand that the payment gateway is provided by a third party and governed by the terms and conditions provided by such third party. You are liable in the event you violate any of the terms and conditions of such third party in making your donations. Neev95 Trust shall not be responsible for any such errors or default in making your donations.
2. Utilization of Donations and Event reports: Neev95 Trust strives to provide a event report on the utilization of donations made by us within reasonable time limits. The Event report time period may vary depending on the nature of utilization of donation.
3. Donation Receipt & Tax exemption certificates: Neev95 Trust will ensure for all the donations received that we send donation receipts along with 80G tax exemption certificate to donors at the email address provided by them as soon as the donations are processed or withing a reasonable time frame.
4. Accounts & Audit: We believe internal control is the key to good governance. Hence, we strive to ensure stringent measures are in place to meet the highest standards of transparency. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the internal controls, Neev95 Trust has appointed “Piyush C Shah & Associates”, a reputed Auditing firm as the statutory auditor to conduct a thorough audit of the organization processes and controls. On inquiry the financial report along with audit reports will be produced.

17. Anti-Bribery, Corruption and Fraud Policy
1. Purpose :- Neev95trust is committed to operating in a manner consistent with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which it
operates, including those relating to anti-bribery and corruption. Furthermore, Neev95trust is committed to the highest standards of
integrity, fairness and ethical conduct. This policy is a critical part of Neev95trust’s overall risk management framework to prevent and detect corrupt, illegal or otherwise undesirable conduct. The policy prohibits Neev95trust, its Employees and Business Partners from engaging in activity that constitutes Bribery, Corruption, Fraud or other improper conduct. It outlines the responsibility of Neev95trust and its Employees to observe and uphold the prohibition on Bribery, Corruption, Fraud and improper conduct, and outlines information and guidance on how to recognise and deal with suspected instances of such.
2. Scope and Responsibility :- This policy applies to all of Neev95trust businesses and transactions in all countries in which it operates, and covers: ▪ Neev95trust and all subsidiaries and affiliate entities and all officers, employees, consultants, contractors and volunteers of
Neev95trust (whether permanent, fixed-term, casual, contracting, consulting or temporary) (collectively referred to as “Employees”).
Individual and corporate entities associated with Neev95trust, which act with, for or on behalf of Neev95trust, or who perform functions in relation to or on behalf of Neev95trust, are expected to have and comply with policies managing bribery and corruption risk. This includes, but is not limited to, contractors, consultants, third party agents, introducers, referrers, persons acting in a fiduciary capacity, service providers and joint venture partners.

Definitions: The following definitions apply for the purposes of this policy: Bribe (or Bribery) – a bribe involves (either directly or indirectly) improperly offering or providing a benefit, inducement or something of value, either to a public either to a public official, someone in business or a close relative of such a person in order to obtain or retain business or an advantage or to induce or reward improper conduct or an improper decision. While a bribe may involve a monetary payment or offer, it covers anything of value such as: ▪ cash or cash equivalents (e.g. gift vouchers or loans); ▪ some gifts, hospitality, entertainment or travel; ▪ political or charitable donations or scholarships; ▪ reciprocal favours or the provision of favours (e.g. discounted or ‘free’ SFL services or use of SFL facilities or property); ▪ business and employment opportunities; and ▪ anything else that is of significant value to the recipient. Fraud also includes the deliberate falsification, concealment, destruction or use of falsified documentation used or intended for use for a normal business purpose or the improper use of information or position for personal financial benefit. Money Laundering – is concealing the existence of an
illegal source of income and disguising that income to make it appear legitimate. Secret Commissions – are benefits that are given, offered,
received or solicited by an agent or representative of another person.

18. Child Protection Policy
1. Purpose and Guiding Principles : Neev95trust views child abuse as an inexcusable violation of a child’s basic human rights. Through this policy, Neev95trust aims to minimise the risk of child abuse occurring in its activities.
2. Scope and Responsibility :- As Neev95trust primary activity concerns the provision of care and support to children, all volunteers, visitors, partner consultants are bound by this policy to ensure the safety and care of children. Every person covered by this policy is required to understand and comply with the policy and to comply with the same.
3. Children must be treated with equal rights, respect and provided equal care regardless of race, age, gender, language, religion, political beliefs, physical or mental health, socio-economic and cultural background, any history of conflict with the law, or other status;
4. Children will be assured the right to express their views freely and this will be given “due weight” in accordance with their age and level of maturity. All children have equal rights to protection from harmful influences, abuse and exploitation;
5. Members must not disclose personal conversations or messages whilst interacting with children.
6. Members must not solicit or engage in any form of sexual activity from or with children;
7. Everyone working for or associated with Neev95trust work must be aware of and adhere to the provisions of this policy and members must report any incidents involving conduct that may be in breach of the clauses set out by this code of conduct and must voice any concerns regarding the welfare of children immediately to Neev95trust.
